Carrot (for the nose)
Large Buttons (for the eyes and mouth)
Earmuffs
Scarf
Winter Hat
2 long, sturdy twigs (for the arms)
Snow
How to Play
1. Print out the Silly Snowman Game Cards and cut out the pieces. Dress it up by printing on decorative craft paper! *Hint: You can use 12" x 12" scrapbook paper, just cut it down to 8 ½" x 11".2. Put the “What” cards in one plastic bag and the “Where” cards in the other.
3. Gather the other items from the “You Will Need” section above and head outside. Make things simple by using a snowman kit.
4. Build a snowman.
5. Have your preschooler draw a card from the “What” bag. Then draw a card from the “Where” bag. Put the “What” item in the “Where” spot on your snowman. For example, if you preschooler drew the “carrot” card from the “What” bag and the “top of head” card from the “Where” bag, then s/he should plant the carrot on the top of the snowman’s head.
6. Repeat step 5 until you’ve used all of the body parts.
7. Laugh at your silly snowman, then play again!
